Who we are

This site is operated by Commerce Business Center LLC ("Commerce Business Center," "we," "us"), a Minnesota limited liability company and an affiliate of BOX BOX Companies. Mailing address available on request.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you submit the interest form or contact us: name, business name, email, phone, square-footage need, and any details you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics data. We use cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) for these purposes.

Why we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about leasing availability at this property.
• Send you occasional updates about this project (you can opt out of any email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us).
• Measure how our marketing is performing (anonymized / aggregated where possible).
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you legally.

Who we share it with

• Service providers we use to operate this site (web hosting, email, CRM, analytics). They're bound to use your data only to provide their services to us.
• Our affiliates — BOX BOX Companies and other affiliated entities — for the leasing follow-up purposes described above.
• Legal / safety — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 3 years from last contact), then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained per GA4 / Meta defaults.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — please don't share sensitive personal information through the form.

Changes

We may update this notice. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
